Refund and Returns Policy

At Radiant Rings, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Return Policy:

• You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to offer exchanges. Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
• For exchanges, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
